Eve Retreat 2019

Tucked away in the heart of Missouri, the Wilderness Lodge Resort is being taken over once again by Capsuleers! This venue has several gorgeous cabins with all the amenities, full kitchens, living areas and private bedrooms for everyone to stay in comfort. There are also private cabin suites available for couples.

On top of that, the resort lodge has some great facilities. There’s a fully staffed bar, a rec room with pingpong and foosball and even a GODDAMN LIBRARY. Outside, there is a mini golf course, zip lining, a pool and options of bonfires and hiking.

All of this... is reserved just for us. That's right - the entire resort will be our own private Eve Extravaganza for the whole weekend.

Wilderness Lodge Resort has 26 rustic yet elegant cabins. Each cabin has one or more full private baths, air conditioning and heating, cozy beds, comfy reading chairs, writing desks, coffee maker (with mugs and coffee), a kitchenette sink, and a small fridge. Many of the cabins also have large stone fireplaces with lots of character as well as screened in porches enabling you to quietly absorb the sounds and sights of the Ozarks.

The wonderful benefit of the Wilderness Lodge experience is that there are plenty of personal luxuries provided for you while still having that incredible feeling of being close to nature

Camping options are also available at the RiversEdge Campground just next to the resort.

The event is located at the Wilderness Lodge Resort and everyone that attends will need to stay at the venue. Our special event pricing is $100 a night per person and this includes:

• A stay in one of the resort's luxury cabins
• Custom made breakfast every morning
• A three course dinner every night

Everyone is encouraged to purchase the Cabin Room Reservation ticket. Besides the room fee, all tickets include the following:

• Food for lunches, soda/water and snacks
• *NEW* Eve Retreat Tshirt!
• Bonfire and smores

PLEASE NOTE:

The ticket price includes the first night's stay at the resort. You will be expected to pay for the additional two nights of the event at the venue.

An option for a fourth night is available at a discounted rate

For those of you who are more budget-minded, there is camping available at the Riversedge Campground just next door to the resort. There are two ticket options available on Eventbrite, one with the same meals as a Cabin stay included and one without. For those choosing to not join us for meals, there is still a fee included in the ticket price that goes towards using the other venue facilities.

While our final list of event activities is still being finalized, there are a few things you can look forward to:
